With over 30+ years of experience we believe we have the right expertise with Executive Chef David Moody. Receiving rave reviews in the Taste of Wilmington for over 3 years in a row. He received rave reviews with Delaware Today magazine and won first prize in the Taste of Wilmington cook-off contest, with his signature jumbo lump crab cake recipe and lemon Chantilly tort. He has prepared food for our President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden to their delight.
1st Tri Caterers has provided intimate dining for the Assistant to Wilmington’s Mayor Jim Baker, which lead to a referral to the Vice President of Citizen Bank of the East Coast. Our service of excellent has lead to our many private affairs.

We've serviced a number of weddings and are available to help you celebrate your big day. Our team of coordinators and culinary professionals are prepared to serve you and your guests. We specialize in fine cuisine and gourmet dishes from around the globe. Our menus are custom made and detail oriented to fit each and every special event. Our aim is to please our clientele which range from 2 to 350 people or more. We have a referral catalog of bakers, photographers, DJ's, florists and venues available for your wedding planning needs.
